How do I share the curriculum with parents?

*Reminder! It is against our Terms of Use to share the content outside of whom the curriculum was purchased for. Please do not allow any outside Coaches, Campuses, or Students access to your group if sharing the weekly curriculum.
We encourage you to share the curriculum with Parents, Guardians, and Families - we’ve created the "Family" page in each workbook specifically for this! Depending on how you communicate with parents, there are a few options listed below. 

Be sure to grab the Family Page in the lesson workbook, available in English and Spanish from our Master Files. 

PRIMARY WAYS TO SHARE

SportsYou*
This is a Coach Favorite! We have an in-depth tutorial on sharing our curriculum in sportsYou. See that tutorial here.
  • KEEP IT SIMPLE: Copy the Dropbox Link into your sportsYou page and upload the corresponding family page for that week!
  • IMPORTANT: Your sportsYou should be set to a private group that only parents from your program have access to. It is against our Terms of Use to share the curriculum videos and/or workbooks with anyone that falls outside of the individuals intended during purchase.
*Check out our Learning Management Systems Tutorial for tips on adding the curriculum to a different Platform such as Google Classroom, Schoology, or Canvas. 
Email/Handouts
Feel free to copy and paste over "The Best 5" from the family page and share this out through email or other communication chains you have with your parents. You can also copy over the Dropbox link if you wish to share that, attach the Family Page files, or print it out and send it home. 
Social Media
While we encourage and love to see you share about 2Words on social media, our curriculum videos or workbooks should not be shared on public social media platforms.

We encourage you to share your 2Words lessons on social media in the following ways:
  • Photos of the athletes watching/working on the lesson of the week
  • The Quotes of the day/week 
  • Our team has created social media graphics for each lesson that are easily shareable! Fall 2026, Spring 2027
  • What you and your team are learning and taking away
  • Remind parents where they can view the lesson of the week (sportsYou, emails, etc).
