UNCOMMON RELATIONSHIPS

Every team has relationships, but not every team has great relationships. It's common to walk through life feeling alone. It's far more uncommon to build strong, supportive relationships where you go through life together. If you want to be an uncommon leader and to find uncommon success, then you can't live the common way. Uncommon success requires uncommon relationships.

SPOT ME

Having a spotter in the weight room sets you up for success. And, if you do fail, they make sure you don't get hurt. Spotters aren't just needed when you're trying to set a new PR. Wherever you want to become your best in life, you need to seek out a spotter to help you get there.

BIG QUESTION

What type of student are you? How you answer that question will have an impact on how you reach your goals, now and in the future. There are four answers to this question: content, complicit, committed, compelled. Let’s dive in.

Content. Complicit. Committed. Compelled.

What kind of student are you? How you answer this question makes all the difference now and in your future.

TOP TEN

To be a great teammate, you’ve got to make some commitments. We call these the top ten commitments of a great teammate. The ten items are each important, but if ten is a little much to remember, know that they boil down to one simple idea: WE BEFORE ME.
This also forms a handy mnemonic device for remembering the top ten commitments, which are: Work, Encouragement, Belief, Effort, Friends, Optimism, Respect, Enthusiasm, Motivation, and Effort. If you really want to be a great teammate, just remember: WE BEFORE ME.
